
About Piermont Marsh
A NYS-designated significant coastal habitat protecting one of the Hudson's largest tidal marshes, between the Piermont Pier and Tallman Mountain State Park. Home to herons, egrets, marsh hawks, and the seasonal spawning of striped bass. Best viewed from the Piermont Pier or the kayak launch at the end of Paradise Avenue.
